between human and dog years. It is often thought that simply
multiplying human age by seven gives you the dog age. This
comparison, however, is too simplistic in that dogs' rates
of growth varies from that of humans. Dogs age very rapidly
during the first two years of life and increasingly slower
for the remainder.
